Stay To Play Exceptions

• The deadline to submit an exception is January 1, 2018
• Please email the requested information to info@teamtravelsource.com
• Your subject line should read:  JAMfest CSN 2018 Exception
• Using points for a free room – If you have enough points to redeem for an entirely FREE stay, you are allowed to do so
• Living in close proximity – If you live within 90 miles of the venue, you are not required to stay in a hotel
• Staying with a family member – If you are staying with a family member who lives within 90 miles of the venue, you are not required to stay in a hotel
• Military discount – If you are able to receive a lower rate with a military or government discount, this will be accepted

• 3. Select the room type that you wish to book
• 4. Complete the personal contact and payment information
• A credit card is required to make a reservation. However, no payment is due when the reservation is made
• You will pay for your room upon arrival at the hotel, unless stated otherwise by the hotel in the reservation details
• Please make sure to refer to your specific hotel’s cancellation policy for details as well
• You will receive a confirmation email immediately following completion of the reservation with an Acknowledgement Number
